  4. What is the My Wishlist feature?
    The wishlist is a handy feature for you the customer it allows you to put an item that you maybe saving for, want friends or family to buy for you, or just want to save for a later time of purchase. Simply add to your wishlist and when ready send the list to your friends or family or add the products to your cart.

  5. Why does my cart or wishlist keep disappearing?
    This can happen for a few reasons. You may of closed your window by accident or left the page before you logged in to save the contents of your cart or wishlist. Another reason you may not have cookies enabled which allow you to use these features to the highest level. To keep the contents in your cart from disappearing log in through the my account button and all the contents will be saved to your account information.

  6. When will I receive my order?
    You will Receive your order within 2-4 weeks from when your order was placed.
    Note: This is referring to Kilts. T-shirts and other items will be shipped immediately(Unless ordered with a kilt) and should arrive within 3-5 business days.

  7. My Coupon Doesn't work!!! Can you Help me?
    Yes. Your coupon doesn't work mainly because you either entered it wrong or for some reason it doesn't exsist in our database. To check that it does indeed exsist please enter the coupon code with BK-then your four digits. Example. BK-TEST If your coupon doesn't work after entering the BK- then please contact us and we will fix it for you. Please tell us your code when contacting us so we can re enter it into the system. Also if you can not read the code please request a new one. Note: Coupons can only be used once per customer

  8. What is the difference between Traditional Fit and Bilt Kilt fit?
    Very good question. The difference is where the kilt sits when you wear it. Traditionally a Kilt fits around your Waist. Where a Bilt Kilt Fit is meant to have your kilt fit where your pants normally sit a bit lower and possibly more comfortable for some. Hope this answers your question

  10. Are Bilt Kilt's machine washable?
    It depends on the Bilt Kilt you are referring to. Some materials such as the tartan and black twill should be dry cleaned only where other materials such as the denim can be machine washed.
