When Can I expect my products to arrive?
If you have ordered a bilt kilt please wait 2-4 weeks to receive your order.
If you have ordered anything else but a Bilt Kilt than your order should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Note: if you have ordered a Bilt Kilt and a t-shirt or anything along with the Bilt Kilt your order will be shipped all together.
I just received my order and had to pay duties why?
If you live outside of Canada duties and any applicable fees are the responsibility of you the customer and will not be paid by us (Bilt Kilt.com). This is due to laws within your residing country.
Who do you ship with?
We ship with Canada Post within Canada and with UPS for international orders including the USA.
Which delivery method do you use?
We ship with the standard delivery service to cut costs and ultimately save you money. If you require your purchase sooner please let us know through the comments section on checkout or through the contact us form below.
Note: You will be charged extra if the method of delivery is changed.
How come the flat rate is $15.00 and I was charged extra?
This can happen for a few reasons. One is you live outside of Canada and therefore the shipping fees are higher. Another reason is you required your order sooner than the standard delivery method allows. Another reason that possibly could cause the extra charges includes the size of the order and weight.
What is the $2.50 fee for each item?
This fee helps cover any additional cost for shipping that adding items to your order may cause. This small fee includes cost of shipping materials, extra weight, and other small business costs.
